It's caught me in it's spotlight,

This long, hot summer night

(If you do RP with me, we dont have any drachmas to call for help. Nothing to get away from the island. WE BE TRAPPED)

Day One:

I woke to the sound of waves hitting the beach, which was strange because the last thing I remembered was popping those sleeping pills before I got on the plane. Groaning, I rolled over and the blinding sun hit me in the eyes. Sitting up, I found myself in a bright yellow raft. Great, what the hell happened to the plane. I thought. Looking around I saw I was on a beach, of what I guessed was a island. Bright blue water, palm trees everywhere.

I climbed out of the raft, luckly spotting my back pack in the raft.. I wondered how the hell it had made it through the trip with me when no one else had. I looked to the tree line, wondering where the fuck I was. Shrugging I started pulling the raft to the treeline, I couldn't lose this raft. trudging through the sand, the raft felt heavy as a log. As I stumbled along I tripped over a half burried piece of drift wood and fell face down into the hot, hot, HOT sand. "FUCKING FUCK, FUCKING HOT SAND, FUCKING HOT SUN. FUCCKKKK." I yelled as I thrashed around in the hot sand. After a bit I finally picked myself up off the ground and stood, brushing the sand off of me.

After what seemed forever, I got the raft to the tree line and collapsed in the shade.

Day: One

"ugh", I groaned, rolling onto my side, and my eyes opened. My right was dried with blood and could barely be opened. "The fuck?", I muttered, looking at the area around me. An island. Must've been a plane crash! "Wow, that airline really needs better pilots.", I commented to no one, crawling towards the what I thought must be ocean. I dipped my hand in the bright blue water, wiping away the dried blood and trickling a bit into my head wound. The gash was about 6 inches long, curved at an odd angle on my forehead. Nothing to patch it with so I held my hand against my forehead, applying as much pressure as possible. But luckily, I spotted my large backpack, suitcase, and smaller bag. I was planning on staying in Venice for a week but that of course wasn't happening. I also found a first aid kit that was in one of the rafts. No one in it. Maybe they had been rescued at see or maybe wandered away. Luckily, using the first aid kit, I was able to stick a gauze patch to my forehead and limp around a bit. My leg was still a bit injured but I couldn't do much. Quickly, I spotted a person, must've been from the crash! "H-Hey you! Are you okay?", I started moving towards the figure.

There are many things that I would

Day One:

Picking myself up, I knew I couldn't be a lazy bum right now. I had the raft, I had to check the emergency supplies. I pulled open the container on the raft to find a few things, 4 flares, 15 water purifiing tablets, and a couple bottles of water. Opening one of the bottles I swallowed a few mouthfuls, I felt instantly better. " So deserted island, what to do first...fuck I hope my lighter aint ruined." I grabbed for my back pack, opening up and pouring the contents of it out into the sand. "2 cartons of cigarettes, 3 lighters, 2 spare changes of clothes, ipod, and a couple of candy bars. This is my fucking survival aid? fuck."

I walked into the tree line gathering all the twigs and branches I could find for a fire.. dumping the first load down back in the shade of the trees on the sand, I walked back in for another, and another load. I didn't want to run out. I was about to head in for one last load, and to look for something I could use as kindling. when I heard something turning and squinting, I couldn't believe my eyes or my luck, I wasn't the only one! I quickly headed toward the person, as I got closer I saw it was a guy with blonde hair. I picked up the pace and soon I was in front of him, he was pretty cut up and looked tired as hell. I handed him my bottle of water. "Hey man, i'm Mason, welcome to the island." I looked at the leg he was limping on. "Think you can make it over there to the stack of wood and my raft?" I asked as I pointed up the beach about 30 yards.
